The purpose of this policy is to establish a clear framework for sponsorship and partnership engagement, ensuring all parties benefit from a fair, ethical, and impactful relationship that enhances the visibility and success of the AG Adventure Race.
All sponsorship and partnership agreements are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes arising from sponsorship arrangements shall be resolved amicably through negotiation or arbitration where necessary.
