This Media & Content Release Policy explains how AG Adventure Race and its affiliates may collect, use, and share media materials (including photos, videos, and likenesses) submitted or captured during participation in the AG Adventure Race (the “Event”). 

1. Consent and Authorization

By registering for and participating in the AG Adventure Race, each contestant grants AG Adventure Race, its partners, sponsors, and media affiliates the unrestricted right to capture, record, use, reproduce, and distribute their name, image, voice, likeness, performance, and submitted content (including photos and videos) in any format or medium, now known or later developed. 

This consent applies to use for marketing, promotional, editorial, and commercial purposes across online platforms, television, print, outdoor media, and other communication channels.

2. Scope and Duration of Rights

The rights granted under this policy are royalty-free, irrevocable, and worldwide, and remain in effect indefinitely unless otherwise withdrawn as outlined below. 

Contestants acknowledge that their participation and content may be broadcast, streamed, or shared repeatedly as part of event promotions or historical archives. 

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, and materials created, recorded, or submitted in connection with the AG Adventure Race become the property of AG Adventure Race. 

Contestants waive any claims to compensation, royalties, or additional approvals for the use of such media materials. 

4. Withdrawal or Revocation

Contestants who wish to revoke their consent must submit a written request to:

Withdrawal requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not apply retroactively to materials already published or in use at the time of the request. 

5. Third-Party Media Coverage

Contestants acknowledge that independent journalists, media houses, and event spectators may also capture and distribute content during the event. AG Adventure Race is not responsible for the activities or content shared by third parties outside its official channels.
